Diamond Peak Recruiting is seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Project Manager for Denver's thriving market. You will oversee HVAC, piping, plumbing, and sheet metal scopes through preconstruction, execution, commissioning, and turnover.

The role requires strong budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client-facing skills, with a path toward senior leadership. Compensation ranges from $120,000 to $160,000 plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in mechanical construction projects.
• PM experience with mechanical contractors.
• Knowledge of HVAC, piping, plumbing, sheet metal.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical construction projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and manpower plans.
• Manage cost reports, change orders, and cash flow.
• Coordinate with owners, GCs, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant PMs.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance.
