Job summary

Legacy Placement Partners is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – Mechanical Construction to lead commercial mechanical projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will own budgets, schedules, procurement, change management, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a strong background with mechanical contractors/subcontractors and can coordinate between field operations, clients, engineers, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in commercial mechanical construction.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and mechanical systems.
• Experience with budgets, forecasting, schedules, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and construction documents.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical construction projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Maintain budgets, forecasting, schedules, and profitability.
• Coordinate HVAC, plumbing, piping, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Review drawings, specs, contracts, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Build strong client relationships and communicate updates.
