You will coordinate with in-house fabrication, VDC, and commissioning teams and serve as the primary liaison for contractors and owners, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of mechanical construction project management experience.
• Delivery of commercial HVAC and plumbing projects.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, contracts, and subcontractor scopes.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading project teams and coordinating with general contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple mechanical construction projects, budgets, schedules, quality, and profitability.
• Primary contact for general contractors, owners, engineers, and project partners.
• Coordinate manpower, installation sequencing, and field execution with superintendents and foremen.
• Manage purchasing, equipment procurement, subcontractor agreements, and long-lead items.
• Lead project financial tracking, including cost forecasting, billing, change orders, and progress reporting.
• Coordinate with fabrication and VDC teams to resolve conflicts and improve installation efficiency.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, project documentation, and contractual requirements.
• Identify risks early and develop practical solutions that keep work moving.
• Mentor project managers and assistant project managers.
• Oversee startup, commissioning, punch lists, and final turnover.
