Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen and must pass a federal background review and drug screen.
• Experience as a master or journeyman HVAC technician is a plus.
• Army Corp of Engineering (USACE), NASA or other federal project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction, operations, maintenance, and repair activities to ensure conformance with standards.
• Provide inspection and surveillance of construction and repair activities.
• Review construction contractor's requests for payment.

Skills

5+ years of applicable experience on construction projects

Ability to read and understand construction contract drawings

Knowledge of business office procedures

Computer proficiency (MS Office-Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships

Education

High School Diploma (or equivalent)
