Job summary

LACO Technologies Inc is seeking a Mechanical Assembly Technician III to join the Production Assembly team. You will build custom vacuum and leak testing systems, owning projects from start to finish, and will mentor others as a senior team member.

Responsibilities include assembling from drawings and BOMs, installing pneumatic and vacuum components, troubleshooting, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Join us to work on world‑class equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and BOMs.
• Experience building and troubleshooting complex mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble complex mechanical systems from drawings and BOMs.
• Install and integrate mechanical, pneumatic, and vacuum components.
• Perform mechanical troubleshooting and resolve assembly challenges.
• Ensure assemblies meet quality, safety, and performance requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Test teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in training and mentoring less experienced technicians.
