Job summary

INNIO Group in Trenton, NJ is seeking a Senior Mechanical Assembler to join our 1st and 2nd shift teams. You will assemble modules and subassemblies, integrating components to meet technical specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, collaborating with engineering, quality and logistics, and maintaining a safe, organized work area. A high school diploma or equivalent and prior manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience preferred.
• Completed technical vocational training, preferably in the metal sector, or several years of relevant experience.
• Professional experience as a metal worker, mechanical engineering technician, locksmith, or similar is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and mechanical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, teamwork abilities, and a self-starter.

Role Summary:

Hiring for 1st & 2nd Shifts:

1st Shift Hours: Monday - Friday (5:30 am - 10:00 pm)

2nd Shift Hours: Monday - Friday (2:00pm- 10:30pm)

Compensation Range: $28.00/hr.--$43.00/hr. (Varies depending on relevancy of experience, technical certifications and other job-related criteria)
