Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and guidance to technicians on workloads and priorities.
• Direct all activities in area in absence of Service Supervisor.
• Perform regular maintenance and emergency troubleshooting repairs.
• Monitor progress of jobs to keep on schedule and orderly flow of work.
• Prepare required documentation including work orders, parts lists, and time cards.
