Job summary

Mardian Equipment in Tucson, AZ, is seeking an experienced Mechanic to diagnose, maintain, and repair semi-trucks, trailers, cranes, pumps, and other heavy equipment at our local branch.

You will perform electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical repairs, inspect vehicles, document service tickets, and uphold safety standards while delivering quality service to customers.

Valid driver's license and willingness to pass drug tests are required; join a team with a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Must have a mechanical background and knowledge of repair techniques.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Ability to manage workload and work with a team.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to pass drug and alcohol tests and background check.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair trucks, trailers, cranes, pumps, and heavy equipment.
• Perform daily DOT inspections if qualified.
• Document field service tickets and warranty work.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.
• Provide status updates to the Service Manager.
• Follow company policies and deliver high customer service.
• Assist with safety procedures and incident reporting.
