ONEOK, a Fortune 500 midstream leader, seeks a Senior Mechanic in Watford City, ND to perform advanced mechanical work on natural gas engines, compressors, pumps, turbines and related equipment. You will troubleshoot, maintain and repair fixed or rotating equipment crucial to safe, reliable operations.

This on-site role requires four 10-hour days and occasional travel within the coverage area. The package includes a $1,500 monthly geographic allowance plus 6% profit sharing and an 8% short-term

Qualifications

Experience servicing, maintaining and repairing equipment.
Advanced troubleshooting and failure modes analysis.
Ability to read and interpret work orders, drawings, diagrams and manuals.
Experience with natural gas engines and compression equipment.
Demonstrated safety and environmental compliance awareness.
Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
Ability to train and direct other technicians.

Responsibilities

Perform mechanical work on fixed and rotating equipment.
Service, troubleshoot, maintain, install and repair equipment.
Train and direct employees involved in mechanical work.
Order and secure parts and supplies.
Drive and ensure maintenance on company vehicles.
Maintain, prepare and interpret reports and records.
Respond promptly to dangerous or hazardous conditions.
