Job summary

ONEOK, Inc. in Williston, North Dakota, is seeking an Intermediate Mechanic to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize the mechanical equipment across our gas gathering and processing facilities. This hands‑on role supports critical equipment and safety‑driven operations.

The position features a 4/10 schedule with on‑call rotation, plus a $1,500 monthly geographic allowance, 6% profit sharing, and a 7% short‑term incentive. Residence within one hour of Williston is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in use and function of hand and power tools and equipment
• Experience servicing, maintaining and repairing equipment
• Experience relative to company and/or governmental operating/safety policies and procedures

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical work on fixed and rotating equipment at compressor, pipeline, storage, gathering, fractionation and/or gas processing facilities
• Service, troubleshoot, maintain, install and repair structural, mechanical, electrical and/or well equipment. Conduct performance analyses, including emissions testing
• Order and/or secure parts and supplies
• Maintain, prepare and/or interpret reports and/or records including work logs, inspection reports, maintenance and repair records, pressure readings, material orders, oil analysis reports
• Drive and ensure maintenance is complete on company vehicles
• Possibly DOT-covered functions and emergency response duties as needed
