Job summary

ONEOK is seeking an Intermediate Mechanic to support safe, reliable operation of natural gas gathering, processing, compression, and pipeline facilities. The role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing engines, compressors, pumps and other mechanical systems on-site in Watford City, ND, with travel across the region and periodic on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Experience servicing, maintaining and repairing equipment.
• Familiarity with company and governmental safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Internal combustion, diesel, natural gas powered engines and electrical drivers.
• Compressors, pumps, generators, turbines, valves, electrical equipment, and well equipment.
• Service, troubleshoot, maintain, install and repair structural, mechanical, electrical and/or well equipment.
• Conduct performance analyses, including emissions testing.
• Order and/or secure parts and supplies.
• Maintain, prepare and/or interpret reports and/or records including work logs and service orders.
