Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate meat/poultry establishments for compliance with state and federal laws.
• Perform ante-mortem and post-mmortem procedures as required by inspection programs.
• Conduct daily sanitation inspections and monitor HACCP, SPS, and SSOP systems.
• Prepare and submit detailed inspection reports and noncompliance records.
• Coordinate inspection schedules and ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping.
• Participate in disaster response, COOP, and potential alternate shift assignments.
