Job summary

Walmart Inc. in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a Senior Meat Cutter who will drive sales by providing high‑quality meat products and service. You will cut, slice, grind, and wrap meat to specifications while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

You’ll work with teams to educate colleagues, manage inventory to prevent shrinkage, and use handheld tech to improve efficiency and product quality for members.

Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must complete all required trainings and assessments within the stated time period.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks and resources.
• Operate meat cutting equipment and process meat to specification while adhering to safety guidelines.
• Leverage handheld devices to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
• Maintain in-stock levels and control shrinkage, while keeping work area clean and organized.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions and ensure proper packaging and labeling.
