Job summary

Sam’s Club is opening a brand-new club in Lathrop, CA, and is seeking a Senior Meat Cutter who will prepare fresh meat cuts, maintain safety standards, and deliver excellent member service in a high-volume setting. As a founding associate, you’ll help shape the member experience and culture from day one.

You will cut, grind, and package meat, ensure product freshness, and support inventory management while delivering exceptional service to members and working with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience working in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all job trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if selected.

As a Senior Meat Cutter at Sam’s Club, you’ll play a key role in preparing fresh cuts, maintaining strong food safety standards, and creating a service experience members can count on. The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 to $29.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
