Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include 6 months’ experience working in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; provide customer service.
• Maintain in-stock levels and control shrinkage; ensure high quality meat products.
• Cut, slice, grind, and wrap meat according to specifications while adhering to food safety standards.
• Utilize handheld technology to drive sales, train others, and improve product quality for members.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions and ensure proper packaging, labeling, and storage.
