Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks and resources, delivering strong customer service.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of meat products, equipment usage and backroom operations to prepare meat per specs.
• Leverage handheld technology to drive sales, improve the shopping experience and assist in decision-making.
• Ensure proper packaging, labeling and storage, maintain sanitation, and control shrinkage in a high-volume meat area.
