Job summary

You will work with cross-functional teams, use handheld devices to support operations, and help educate staff to uphold exceptional service and merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months’ experience working in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to educate associates and ensure customer service.
• Process meat according to specifications (cutting, slicing, grinding, wrapping) and maintain safety standards.
• Utilize handheld technology to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
• Prepare, package, label and store meat products with accuracy and efficiency.
• Support operational excellence and profitability through waste reduction and timely tasks.
