Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 6 months’ experience in a fresh production department.
• Must be able to operate in a fast-paced retail meat environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to educate associates on tools, tasks and resources and provide excellent customer service.
• Cut, slice, grind and wrap meat products according to specifications with attention to portion control and presentation.
• Maintain in-stock levels, rotate perishable items and monitor shrinkage to protect profitability.
• Operate and sanitize equipment, and use handheld devices to aid production, training and quality decisions.
