Responsibilities

• Coordinate food service with other activities and supportive services.
• Ensure food service meets health and program standards.
• Prepare, clean and set up meal service areas and operate steam table.
• Coordinate volunteers and part-time staff in meal service.
• Greet participants, check them in, and collect payments.
• Assist in actual food service and kitchen duties as needed.
