Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology seeks an experienced MDRT Hub Administrator to install, operate, and maintain network infrastructure for the MDRT architecture. The role supports satellite and fiber networks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring connectivity for high-visibility clients.

Requires a TS/SCI clearance and a Bachelor’s in a related technical field with 3+ years of experience. On-site at Fort Bragg, NC with opportunities for professional growth and certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Secur ity clearance TS/SCI required.
• Experience with MDRT, iDirect, or tactical SHF systems.
• Intermediate understanding of Windows Server/Client administration.
• Intermediate knowledge of SATCOM and SHF transmission systems.
• Intermediate understanding of networking and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide Satellite Technical support and maintenance of telecommunications transmission media systems, services and network architecture for MDRT networks.
• Perform network connectivity monitoring, system failure management, and routine support.
• Operate, monitor, and maintain network services for highly visible, worldwide customers.
• Coordinate with other teams to maintain connectivity and resolve cross‑team issues.
