Blackpoint Cyber is seeking a seasoned SOC professional to join our 24x7 security operations team. You will analyze anomalous events, hunt for threats, and coordinate with MDR analysts to investigate intrusions. The role involves creating incident reports and refining processes to boost SOC efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in information security, strong Windows/Linux knowledge, and proficiency with EDR/NGAV. Equity participation and a robust benefits package are offered.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in information security or SOC roles.
• Experience triaging endpoint events from EDR/NGAV.
• Strong Windows security and incident analysis capabilities.
• Familiarity with ELK stack and scripting languages.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and evaluate anomalous events in a SOC 24x7 environment.
• Collaborate with analysts to research threats and escalate as needed.
• Develop incident analysis reports and coordinate with customers.
• Design processes to improve SOC efficiency and threat detection.
• Provide threat and vulnerability analyses across customer environments.
• Build test labs to research techniques and contribute knowledge.
