Ideal candidates have 3+ years in information security, SOC experience, and strong scripting knowledge. The role emphasizes learning, high accountability, and growth in a fast-paced cyber landscape.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in information security; relevant training may substitute 1 year.
• Experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC).
• 1+ years triaging endpoint events from EDR/NGAV; IR support.
• Deep knowledge of Windows security (malware, anomalies, forensics).
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux/OSX environments.
• Familiarity with ELK stack and scripting in PowerShell, Python, Go.
• Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, IAM) and Azure/M365.
• Leadless threat hunting analysis experience; reporting findings clearly.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate anomalous network and system events in a SOC 24x7x365.
• Collaborate with MDR Analysts to research threats and escalate complex intrusions.
• Develop incident analysis reports and coordinate with customers to resolve issues.
• Design and refine operational processes to improve SOC efficiency.
• Provide actionable threat and vulnerability analysis for multiple customer environments.
• Build test labs to research new techniques and contribute to knowledge base.
• Review sandbox IOCs uncovered during analysis.
