Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Senior Data Management Engineer with extensive MDM experience to design and implement enterprise MDM solutions. The role focuses on integrating MDM platforms with AWS native services, building automated data pipelines, and ensuring data quality across the organization.

You will work with data stewards, analysts, and architects to translate business requirements into scalable MDM solutions, with emphasis on Reltio MDM, cloud-native security, and robust data

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Master Data Management (MDM) implementations.
• Strong AWS cloud experience (S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, IAM, API Gateway).
• Proficiency in Python; SQL for data manipulation and transformation.
• Experience designing data models, match/merge rules, survivorship, and data quality checks.
• ETL/ELT pipeline development for MDM-ready structures.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical MDM solutions.
• Experience with Informatica MDM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end MDM design, configuration, and implementation (e.g., Reltio).
• Architect and maintain integrations between MDM and AWS services for scalable data pipelines.
• Design master data models, define survivorship and data quality checks.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines to transform sources into MDM-ready formats.
• Collaborate with data stewards, analysts, and architects to meet business needs.
• Communicate complex results clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
