Integrity is seeking a Manager, MDM to oversee development, implementation and enforcement of master data management policies across the organization. You will ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency through governance, mapping, and change management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Master Data Management, data governance, data quality, and/or data architecture.
• 2+ years’ experience in the Insurance Industry.
• Project management experience across full lifecycle MDM projects.
• Technical skills with MDM platforms, databases, data integration tools, and SQL.
• People management: at least 2 years building and developing teams; onshore/offshore resources.
• Strong communication, leadership, and training capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MDM data structure and mapping activities and controls.
• Develop, monitor and enforce master data requirements and processes.
• Maintain data governance standards for accuracy and reliability.
• Review source data processes and transformations for proper mapping.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate processes and requirements.
• Monitor IT architecture impacts on data quality and usage.
• Approve and process master data creation/change requests; audit mappings.
• Lead mapping specialists, align resources with priorities and timelines.
• Develop training and documentation for mapping teams; audit results for quality.
