Job summary

Everpure, Inc. in Santa Clara, CA, seeks a Senior Manager, Master Data Management & Data Governance to own the enterprise vision for key data domains—Customer, Product, Asset, and Vendor—and build a scalable governance foundation with AI-driven quality.

You will lead a growing team of data stewards and partner across Sales, Finance, Operations, Product, and IT to drive trusted data across the organization. This in-office role centers on delivering an AI-ready data platform, with end-to-end

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise MDM programs end to end across global implementations.
• Hands-on with MDM and data quality platforms such as Reltio and Informatica.
• Experience applying AI and automation to data stewardship, enrichment, and predictive quality controls.
• Experience building and developing teams of data stewards and data management professionals.

Responsibilities

• Set the enterprise strategy for Customer, Product, Asset, and Vendor master data, defining governance and stewardship models.
• Deploy AI and automation across matching, deduplication, classification, enrichment, and remediation.
• Build the AI-ready data foundation with lineage, catalogs, dictionaries, and metadata across ERP, CRM, PLM, service management, and analytics.
• Establish enterprise standards, ownership, and controls for data quality, integrity, security, and compliance.
• Own the program end to end — delivery, budget, and executive scorecards showing data health and business impact.
