Job summary

Modivcare is seeking an experienced MDM Architect to design and implement enterprise Master Data Management across Member, Provider, Facility, and other domains, enabling trusted data for healthcare operations, analytics, AI initiatives.

You will collaborate with business and technology leaders to build scalable data platforms, governance, and modern engineering practices, leveraging cloud services, dbt, and automation to deliver high-quality data and measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 10+ years in data architecture, data warehousing, or related areas.
• 4+ years designing and implementing enterprise MDM solutions.
• Experience with Ataccama ONE, Reltio, or similar MDM platforms.
• Proven ability to design scalable cloud-based data platforms and integration
• Strong SQL, data modeling, and governance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise MDM solutions and canonical data models.
• Establish trusted Golden Records using identity resolution and survivorship.
• Configure MDM platforms such as Ataccama ONE or Reltio.
• Develop secure APIs and data services for operational and analytics use.
• Build cloud-native data pipelines using AWS services (Redshift, Glue, Lambda, S3).
• Implement IaC and CI/CD practices (Terraform or Pulumi).
• Collaborate with governance teams to monitor data quality and lineage.
• Ensure HIPAA/PHI/PII considerations and compliant data handling.
