Job summary

FTI Consulting is seeking a Senior Managing Director in Atlanta to lead complex litigation, arbitration and investigations initiatives. You will oversee multiple teams, manage project budgets, and drive cross-functional collaboration with practice leaders to deliver innovative client solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience.
• Travel required to clients and to FTI office(s).

Responsibilities

• Determine methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel at the Team Lead level.
• Manages activities of two or more teams or departments.
• Interacts with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning several functional areas.
• Responsible for managing organizational and/or contractual project budgets.
• Manages projects in a complex environment and identifies innovative solutions for the client.
• Develops marketing plans and activities and leads major proposals.
• Develops relationships and identifies opportunities for sales or referrals.
• Acts as role model for mentoring, coaching, and learning.
• Facilitates development in client or project setting and through formal learning experiences.
• Contributes to recruitment and retention of team members.
• Works with practice leaders to address complex client needs with cross-functional teams.
• Ensures quality delivery within established timeframes and maintains professional image.
