• Drive the full software development lifecycle for cyberspace capabilities that support Marine Corps cyber missions.
• Shape project vision, scope, and timelines to deliver high-impact technical solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize mission requirements.
• Identify risks, assess vulnerabilities, and engineer secure, resilient solutions.
• Design detailed system architectures, models, and prototypes for Marine Corps operations.
