Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from ABET-accredited program.
- 5 years of relevant exempt experience with a Bachelor's degree.
- Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
- PhD with 0 years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of systems engineering on active NNS programs across the lifecycle.
- Lead development and refinement of systems engineering processes and best practices.
- Collaborate with discipline engineering teams, program management and external stakeholders.
- Drive adoption and execution of MBSE methodologies across programs.
- Mentor early career systems engineers.
