Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program is required.
Master's Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience; Ph.D. with 0 years is also acceptable.
Proficiency with MBSE tools and model-based systems engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of systems engineering across the lifecycle for active NNS programs.
Develop and refine systems engineering processes, frameworks, and best practices.
Collaborate with discipline engineers, program management, and external stakeholders to align with customer needs.
Drive MBSE adoption to enhance efficiency and decision making.
Mentor early career systems engineers.
