Qualifications

• MA/MS Degree with 10 years of related experience or BA/BS with 12 years of related experience or 15 years of related experience in this discipline.
• Must possess and maintain a government security clearance at the Secret level.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, Project).
• Ability to perform all functional duties independently.
• Must be able to transport self to various facility sites with a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute comprehensive systems engineering activities per AFLCMC and HQ AFMC guidance.
• Apply MBSE to support system architecture development, requirements traceability, and lifecycle management using digital engineering.
• Review and provide recommendations for integrating government directives into program execution and baselines.
• Prepare and validate technical specs and standards in alignment with MIL-STD-961E and AFLCMC guidance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary inputs to establish a cohesive end-to-end systems engineering perspective across hardware, software, and support systems.
• Provide systems engineering and system security engineering support with tasking aligned to priorities and risk areas.
