Job summary

Battelle is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer in Columbus, Ohio, to advance MBSE for the RavenStar programs. You will lead architecture development, requirements modeling, interface definitions, and digital artifacts using Cameo Systems Modeler and SysML.

Collaborating with program managers, chief engineers, and technical teams, you will ensure traceability from customer needs through design, verification, and validation, supporting DoD-related programs and digital engineering initiatives.

Qualifications

• MBSE throughout the system lifecycle.
• Ability to develop: operational, functional, and logical architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead MBSE artifact development using Cameo Systems Modeler and SysML.
• Develop and maintain system architectures, requirements models, interfaces, and behavior models.
• Establish and manage digital engineering frameworks across products and programs.
• Create traceable models from customer needs through verification and validation.
• Support MBSE best practices and digital engineering initiatives.
