Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering or STEM degree.
• 7+ years of systems engineering experience with DoD platforms or hardware-intensive systems using MBSE.
• Expert MBSE methodologies for platform-level hardware-centric systems, including kill-chain analysis.
• Proficiency with MBSE tools like Cameo, Rational Rhapsody, DOORS, and Teamwork Cloud.
• Experience producing platform architecture and SETR artifacts.
• Experience with system-level requirements traceability, verification planning, and mission thread development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain MBSE products for DoD platform architecture and kill-chain analysis.
• Create and manage SysML/UML models of requirements, behavior, architectures, interfaces.
• Generate SETR artifacts including architecture views, threads, interfaces, and mappings.
• Develop MBSE meta-chain reporting templates for digital thread traceability.
• Perform data management and configuration management of MBSE artifacts.
• Integrate MBSE with hardware‑centric modeling, simulation, and analysis environments.
• Support platform and mission assessments in LVC and OT environments.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, integration, and test teams to ensure fidelity.
