RTX is seeking a Senior Model-Based Systems Engineer in System Solutions to lead MBSE strategy, develop capabilities, and guide cross‑disciplinary teams. You will architect MBSE models, drive standards, and mentor junior engineers, enabling digital engineering across programs.

Remote work is supported with CST/EST hours, and occasional travel may be required. The ideal candidate will collaborate with system method reps, discipline boards, and external advisory bodies to ensure aligned MBSE

Formación

• Typically requires a STEM degree and 5+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Proficiency in MBSE tools (Cameo/MagicDraw/Teamwork Cloud) and SysML modeling.
• Familiarity with DOORS, Jama, Polarion and other relevant tools.
• Experience in aerospace or highly regulated engineering environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead MBSE strategy, development, and roadmap for System Solutions.
• Drive MBSE capabilities across programs and business units.
• Architect, develop, and validate MBSE models across the lifecycle.
• Implement reference architectures, modeling standards, and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership to engineering teams and mentor juniors.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and coordinate dependencies across teams.
