Job summary

Arcfield is seeking an experienced Model-Based Systems Engineer (MBSE) to join our industry-leading team. You will work on state-of-the-art projects across Space Systems, electric and combat vehicles, and tactical communications, applying SysML/UML modeling to deliver model-based requirements and designs.

Ideal candidates will be self-starters with strong collaboration skills, capable of using No Magic's MagicDraw or other SysML tools, and able to obtain a Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• BS 12-15, MS 10-13, PhD 10+.
• Experience with one or more of the following:
• NoMagic
• MagicDraw
• Cameo
• SysML
• UPDM
• IBM Rhapsody
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

• Working on the latest technologies across domains such as Space Systems, Electric Vehicles, Combat Vehicles, Tactical Communications, Command and Control, and others.
• Self-starter who can quickly come up to speed on new technologies and work collaboratively with system domain SMEs, peers, managers, and customers.
• Requires inquisitive, outgoing, and motivated individuals with sound Systems Engineering and SysML/UML modeling capabilities, preferably using No Magic's MagicDraw.
• Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision, navigate at the expert level with System Modeling tools, and are familiar with developing Use Cases, Activity Models, and other SYSML models.
• Collaborate within a Team environment to produce state-of-the-art, model-based requirements, interface, and design specifications.
• Have excellent people's skills and the desire and self-confidence to work with a highly technical team of engineers.
