Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive healthcare operations experience.
• 3+ years leading clinic or healthcare operations teams.
• Demonstrated success managing healthcare facilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management and change management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the home clinic and oversee operations across Norwalk and Greenwich clinics.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, develop, and manage frontline teammates.
• Partner with clinical leadership to develop clinic schedules and staffing plans that support patient access and operational efficiency.
• Drive operational excellence with a focus on patient satisfaction, financial stability, and teammate engagement.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation requirements, and organizational policies.
