Job summary

Oula is seeking a Senior Clinical Operations Manager to oversee clinic operations in Norwalk and Greenwich, leading day-to-day performance and cross-clinic initiatives. You will mentor Clinic Operations Managers, pilot new processes, and drive patient‑centered care across the organization.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in healthcare operations, a track record of improving efficiency, and strong leadership and analytics skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive healthcare operations experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading clinic or healthcare operations teams.
• Demonstrated success managing healthcare facilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading operational improvement initiatives and driving measurable results.
• Strong project management and change management capabilities.
• Proven ability to influence across teams without direct authority.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or developing operational leaders.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using operational metrics and KPIs to drive decision making.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with spreadsheets, presentations, and operational reporting tools.
• Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of assigned clinics and ensure an exceptional patient and teammate experience.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, develop, and manage frontline teammates.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Coach team members through performance discussions and development planning.
• Ensure effective communication across clinicians, operational teams, and support functions.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
• Oversee clinic facilities, inventory management, and vendor relationships.
• Develop staffing plans and clinician on-call schedules to optimize patient access.
