Qualifications
- 5+ years of Manufacturing Operations or Supply Chain experience.
- US citizenship due to contractual requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience with MRP/ERP systems.
- Ability to lead and mentor others.
Responsibilities
- Drive and execute new initiatives within the supply chain and manufacturing operations.
- Influence functional stakeholders to achieve program goals.
- Optimize processes and drive improvements across sites.
- Support Integrated Supply Chain sites and collaborate with factory teams.
- Identify supply and demand misalignment within a 13-week window.
- Lead projects that improve materials and supply chain performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in resolving component quality issues.
