Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership experience in a Procurement/Planning environment.
• Experience in the semi-conductor industry is a plus.
• Ability to motivate the team by experience and professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Procurement of materials and equipment for production.
• Support the transition to a new ERP system.
• Train and mentor staff in Purchasing and Warehouse.
• Develop and track KPIs for management.
• Plan and manage inventory levels.
• Monitor supply chain for cost efficiency.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers.
