You will develop capacity plans, set performance metrics, and lead initiatives to improve planning systems and analytics, including Excel and Power BI, to deliver reliable service and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of planning experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Excel.
• OR Master's degree with 5+ years of planning experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Leads in development of materials planning and SIOP strategies.
• Standardizes planning processes to optimize resources and meet delivery expectations.
• Develops indicators for visibility of short and long-term trends.
• Collaborates with product, sales and marketing to build demand forecasts.
• Plans capacity and fulfillment with plant manufacturing operations.
• Develops monthly production volume planning using forecasts and orders.
• Advances new technologies to improve planning capabilities and reliability.
• Tracks metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Drives improvements to supply capabilities and process metrics.
• Establishes robust metrics to measure SIOP progress.
