Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation, a global leader in climate and energy solutions, is seeking a Senior Associate to own supply and demand planning execution, support SIOP, and drive system improvements at our Charlotte, North Carolina office.

You will partner across Manufacturing, SIOP and Inventory teams, convert planning signals into supplier actions, and monitor delivery, inventory and service KPIs to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3+ years of material planning / buying experience.
• 2+ years of experience in SAP.

• Own supply & demand planning processes for assigned materials and suppliers.
• Execute and support Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP).
• Convert planning signals into supplier actions (POs, expedites, de-expedites).
• Drive moderate process and system improvements.

• Manage supplier performance against delivery, inventory and service KPIs.
• Support inventory health, CTB, and production reliability initiatives.

About This Role

This position is for an experienced Senior Associate responsible for supply and demand planning execution, supporting SIOP processes, and driving system and process improvements while working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to meet customer requirements and KPIs. This is an onsite role at our Charlotte, North Carolina office.

Job Description

• Own supply & demand planning processes for assigned materials and suppliers

Required Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $64,500.00 - $129,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.

Other Compensation

Thisposition may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
