Role Purpose

Plan materials to arrive to support production plan, place orders with approved suppliers.

Accountabilities & Impact

• Plan commodities assigned
• Coordinate with production partners on planning
• Maintain planning parameters with central planning and central purchasing
• Communicate risks and expedites
• Maintain relevant KPIs
• Plan fermentation to align with demand and inbound ingredients
• Optimize CO2 recovery to minimize external purchases
• Coordinate all rail deliveries
• Manage schedules to maximize quality
