Job summary

AUTOKINITON is seeking a Materials Analyst to join our Greenville, SC team. This role will ensure accurate releasing of raw materials, monitor inventory, and align production planning with supplier performance.

Strong communication and analytical skills are essential. Candidate should have 3–5 years in materials or leadership, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with material planning and QAD preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in a materials/leadership role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to take responsibility; results-driven.
• Understanding of Material Planning / Releasing.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Knowledge/Experience with QAD preferred.
• Inventory Management, BOM and Cycle Count experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Release raw materials accurately to suppliers.
• Review coverage reports to ensure material availability for production.
• Maintain weekly truck schedule.
• Plan and schedule production.
• Maintain raw material receipts and records in the business system.
• Monitor delivery performance of raw material suppliers and trucking companies.
