Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of professional experience.
• Proven ability to problem-solve and influence others through relationships and data.
• MS Excel and PowerPoint expertise with advanced techniques.
• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) planning and supply chain.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present to management.
• International experience and Mandarin, Japanese, Vietnamese language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage supply chain and manufacturing requirements to support product development
• Project manage Operations NPI and Product Lifecycle Process requirements
• New products ownership
• Materials readiness, availability, and visibility for new products
• Manufacturing readiness; DFM feedback, NPI build planning, system readiness
• Interact with supply partners and internal core teams on new product schedules and deliverables
• Engineering and development builds & component cost tracking
• Critical component planning, quoting, procurement, and materials liability management
• Prepare and communicate critical Materials updates at weekly new product program reviews
• Through a deep understanding of our commodity terms, ensure the logistical flow of materials necessary to meet production schedules, inventory control requirements, and ongoing material line support
