The University of Miami Health System seeks a seasoned supply chain professional to oversee Bascom Palmer Eye Institute Materials Management. You will manage ordering, stocking, PAR and inventory; lead cross-functional efforts with clinical leaders to optimize supply management and savings opportunities while navigating backorder issues.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent supply chain experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in hospital supply chain management or similar.
• Strong leadership, change management, and process improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and launch high quality product experiences in collaboration with staff and management.
• Own development and delivery of multi-year strategic plans for assigned products.
• Analyze data to optimize performance and identify opportunities for savings and efficiency.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders to identify supply management improvements and lead optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with University policies and internal controls across the function.
• Mentor and develop staff to improve department operations.
