Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in materials engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in a materials testing or characterization lab.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical testing, thermal analysis, or characterization techniques.

Responsibilities

• Own data quality and integrity across the Materials Lab and related test areas.
• Develop and implement engineering controls, calibration, and quality systems.
• Train lab personnel and act as technical mentor on test principles.
• Lead root cause investigations and provide actionable recommendations.
