• Own data quality and integrity across the Materials Lab.
• Develop and implement engineering controls and quality systems.
• Serve as a technical trainer and mentor.
• Lead root cause investigations for anomalous data.
• Perform failure analysis on materials.
• Drive process improvement and new capability development projects.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with clear schedules.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver high-value materials data.
