You will balance cost, supply risk, and production continuity, while collaborating with engineering, logistics, and production teams to meet specifications and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 5-7 years in Materials Management or purchasing.
• 2+ years of Lean experience.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Independently sources assigned commodities aligned with cost objectives and continuity.
• Lead day-to-day negotiations on pricing, terms, and LOIs within authority.
• Own sourcing outcomes including supplier selection rationale and cost performance.
• Manage short-term material planning and ERP data accuracy for materials.
• Provide forecasts and coordination across plants to ensure supply continuity.
• Mentor less experienced staff and resolve supplier issues with cross-functional teams.
