Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in materials management, logistics, business administration or related field required.
• Two years of materials, logistics, contracting, investment recovery, or inventory-related courses required.
• Five years of analytical materials management, logistics, investment recovery, contract management, or inventory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as assistant EAMS Security Administrator for the Supply Management side of EAMS.
• Acts as EAMS user representative for SECI and coordinates with IT on system changes.
• Reviews change requests and makes recommendations for approval or rejection.
• Develops and maintains reports to support Supply Management and external requests.
• Develops and administers Cycle Count Program and reconciles monthly reporting differences.
• Manages stock reorder requisitions, processes orders, and approves purchase requisitions.
