Refresco in Tampa, FL is seeking a Materials Management Analyst II to oversee material inventory metrics, days of supply, excess and aged materials, and to drive data-driven decisions across supply chain partners.

You will project and analyze month-end inventory, manage reports to Account Managers and Planners, and lead standardization of inventory processes while partnering with procurement, finance and master data teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SAP experience
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and collaboration across functions
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills
• Experience with MRP and material planning

Responsabilités

• Monitor and analyze material inventories
• Generate and interpret monthly, quarterly and annual reports
• Lead inventory projection analyses and age/exposure tracking
• Communicate inventory analyses to Account Managers, Production Planners and Materials Planners
• Develop scenarios to mitigate exposure risk and cost implications
• Standardize inventory and aging processes across functions
• Support procurement, finance and master data teams with data requests and insights
• Assist with ad-hoc analytics and special projects as needed
• Act as super user for Supply Chain Planning reporting and deployment
